BB Studios was created after recognising a gap in the Illawarra for a creative space that was not only stylish but functional and affordable.
We wanted to create a studio that felt inspiring without being intimidating. A space where photographers, brands, businesses and content creators can walk in, make it their own and focus on creating.
Studio hire shouldn’t be complicated.
That’s why we’ve kept our pricing and booking structure clear.
3 hour hire or 8 hour hire. No memberships & no add ons. Everything you see in the studio is included in the hire rate.
Since opening, BB Studios has continued to grow and evolve but the idea behind it has remained the same - to provide a professional & practical space that gives you the freedom to create your way.

FULL DAY (8hrs) STUDIO HIRE =$300
3 HOUR DUAL HIRE = $400
FULL DAY DUAL HIRE = $500
FLEXIBLE HIRE OPTIONS:
If you book a 3 hour session & your shoot runs over the hire period, your booking simply rolls into the full-day rate. You will charged the additional $100 full day rate & you will then have access to the studio for the remaining 5 hours.
**All bookings are subject to a $100.00 bond at the time of booking. The $100 bond is fully refundable pending no incidentals, damages or exceeding your booked hire period. The bond is processed at the end of your hire**

Both studios are fully styled, versatile creative spaces & each has its own unique look and feel.
Studio 1 is home to the Illawarra’s biggest white cyclorama/Infinity wall. (6m x 4m x 4m)
It also features our larger furniture styling pieces.
Studio 1 is a great choice for personal and business branding, fashion, e-commerce, social media content and larger scale shoots.
Studio 2 features a more open-plan layout, giving you extra flexibility to move, style and play with the space. It also features our freshly built smaller cyclorama wall (3m x 3m) along with modern furnishings, & our double-sided feature wall on wheels, allowing you to create multiple looks within the one studio.
Studio 2 is a great choice for content creation, lifestyle shoots, personal branding, fashion, social media content, e-commerce product photography, events, parties & workshops.
Both studios offer something different, so if you’re unsure which one best suits your shoot, our Dual Hire option gives you access to both spaces and the freedom to move between them both throughout your booking.

Studio access is facilitated through a convenient self check-in system via our electronic door locks.
Upon booking the studio, you will receive a confirmation email that includes detailed instructions along with your unique access code. If you did not receive a booking confirmation please contact us.

Yes, There is 1 marked parking bay at the front of each studio as well as room for 3 additional cars to park directly in front of each of the roller doors. If you have more than 4 cars per studio, there is ample parking at the rear of the building.

Both studios benefit from an abundance of natural light, due to the impressive full-length skylights.
In addition to this, we have installed eight professional-grade LED “daylight” lights distributed strategically throughout both studios to enhance the overall brightness and flexibility of the lighting options available.
If you require additional lighting for your project or event, you will need to provide your own.

Yes! If you have any special items of significance or a specific stool or chair that you would like to incorporate into the studio setting please feel free to bring it along.
